Alright, ya’ll. The past two weeks, life happened, and I got off track with updating. I haven’t gain or lost weight. However, I am back with a vengeance. I want to lose this weight. I want to be under 200 lbs by December 1st. Here is how I am going to do it:

  1. ONLY water to drink. I have been really good about not drinking coke, however I am still drinking sweet tea and milk. One day, all I drank was milk. Which is fine if it were 8 oz. I’m pretty sure I drank 32 oz that day.
  2. Eating only white meat. I love steak, and burgers. It also doesn’t help that there’s a great burger place within a five minute walk from me. So, no more red meat for this month.
  3. 10,000 steps a day. I went to the park with my family the other day, and it was when I was feeling down about my weight. I weighed myself the next day, and was surprised by the lower number. Paul said we put in 5,000 steps that day. What?! That didn’t feel like much. So I am going to start using my Fitbit again.
