Okay, so I have to change the way I eat and live. I am starting to feel the negative affects, and I’m only 26. The last two days I have had headaches and been feeling sick to my stomach. Which, if I am sick, it would help to be healthier and boost my immune system, or my diet is just that bad. It’s probably both at this moment.

So I invite you to come on my journey with me to a healthy lifestyle. It’s going to be hard, but so worth it.

Here are a few perks to living healthy that I need to keep in mind:

  • It honors God, because I will be taking care of the body He gave me.
  • I will be a better wife and mother. If I change how I eat and exercise, my husband has no choice but to join me, hehe. Also, this will have a positive influence on my son.
  • I will be a better photographer. It’s not easy to be on your feet for up to ten hours, carrying between 5-30 pounds of equipment at any time. I also am getting down on the ground, up in trees, squatting, lunging, anything to get the shot. If I’m healthier, I will be able to get through a wedding day with much more ease.

So come with me on this journey. I will be posting every two weeks on my progress. Let’s get healthy.
